Write a 2–3 page paper in which you:

1. Describe two different strategies associated with incremental change and radical change. 
2. Provide one example where incremental change is a better solution and one example where radical change should be considered. 
3. Describe a scenario where a push or pull innovation would provide a competitive advantage. Include two outcomes that would support your chosen strategy. 
4. Provide three supported reasons why entrepreneurs should follow an innovation strategy. 

Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:

1. Describe two different strategies associated with incremental change and radical change.  (Dr. Vic’s Tips, Please see p. 15 from Ch. 1 and p.p. 200-201 from Ch. 7 for more on incremental and radical change. Your example strategies, should be from real-life scenarios that you have researched.
2. Provide one example where incremental change is a better solution and one example where radical change should be considered.  Dr. Vic’s Tips, here too, please see p. 15 from Ch. 1 and p.p. 200-201 from Ch. 7 for more on incremental and radical change.
3. Describe a scenario where a push or pull innovation would provide a competitive advantage. Include two outcomes that would support your chosen strategy.  (Dr. Vic’s Tips, please explore your textbook first, you will find that both Push and Pull innovation are discussed on Ch. 6 and 7, particularly Push and Pull innovation: 200-201. Make sure you offer your opinion on which is more important for technology innovation.
4. Provide three supported reasons why entrepreneurs should follow an innovation strategy. (Dr. Vic’s Tips, when you try to search for innovation there are several questions our book describes, on p. 199 and discusses on pgs.199-207. Using that info, provide three reasons on why an innovation strategy is important and then describe the framework - as listed in the book in Ch. 7).
