1.) Using specific strategic planning tools as noted in Chapters 5, 6, and 9, create a strategic plan for your chosen company (topic) for the Individual Case Study.  This essay question should assist you with critical thinking and with completing your Individual Case Study (or you can use your Individual Case Study work to assist you with your work on this assignment).  Strategic planning is the crux of this course and is emphasized in this Final Exam and in your Case Study paper.  The answer for this question should be 1200 words at a minimum.

2.) Think about one or two ethical issues (Chapter 10) in the global business environment (Chapter 11) and then type at least 300 words regarding your thoughts and solutions to the issue(s).
