Step One: You will select a short story and determine the dominant reading of the text. You can come up with this on your own - following the criteria for determining a dominant reading. However, you may also conduct research on the story to determine the dominant reading. In-text citations and proper referencing is essential.

Step Two: You will select one critical lens through which you will offer a resistant reading to the story. You should come up with these readings on your own. The only research you should conduct is any research that will support your understanding of your selected lens. 

Step Three: Find two (2) digital texts that echo or challenge the dominant and/or resistant reading. Create a presentation (Google Slide) displaying your work.
