Hospitalization due to suicidal thoughts and ideation. Plan and means to carry plan out. CPS involvement. Custody went to Dad. Mom is no longer involved. Depression/Anxiety/Suicidality Low Self-esteem Football/Basketball/Very Social/Large friend Group Support from Coach as previous intervention. Some interventions from school staff-mentoring program. Social emotional support.
