Perform a STEEP analysis (Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental and Political). Report your findings. Discuss the information gathered as a form of anticipatory socialization, noting the quality of information gathered from various sources, the kinds of information that can be gathered in this fashion, and the gaps that remain in knowledge about the organization (e.g., information about culture, competitive challenges, day-to-day activities, etc.).
