BLUF:  I do not care about your ratings(most are deceiving), I only care that you can provide me with correct answers.  I am tired of people saying check my ratings and their quality of work is garbage.  If i get a good grade then I will work with you again and give you a great rating.  DO NOT ask me to rate your BID!!!   I only rate your answer based on my GRADE!!! 

I will go with the lowest bidder.  If you go above my bid I will NOT respond to your messages or accept your bid.  

I need to see the quality of work you produce first before i give you the big projects in which the bid will be higher.
