Statistics Report

Hi ! I need help to make an analysis on a specific article, the topic is about diabetes in American teenagers. For that analysis I have a template to follow. I already attached  the article and the template . Remember ...... you need to read the entire article and put all the data of the article within the template as appropriate in each section.in the references section it is not a copy and paste, you have to interpret the references please.
