Statistics for Business

Instructions:

For your first assignment you are asked to work with the data in the spreadsheet titled “Concert Sales” to demonstrate your understanding of descriptive statistics.

There are a number of ways to do this. For example, you can choose

·        measures of central tendency (mean, median, mode, proportion),

·        measures of dispersion (range, variance, standard deviation), and

·        frequency distributions and histograms.

Choose three different ways/measures and carry them out directly in the spreadsheet. Save your spreadsheet with your Firstname_lastname and submit it in the designated area.
