You are a researcher for a health care organization, and you have identified a specific problem in your organization. You may use the same real-world issue you chose in Units 1 and 2. 

With this in mind, write 3-4 pages, abstract, and conclusion, covering the following steps that you will need in your IP 5 proposal:

• The statement of the problem and any subproblems (this relates to and ties in to your chosen health care area of interest, which you decided on in Unit 1) 
• The hypotheses 
• A review of any related literature  
• Research methodology 
• Provide 3-4 references
