Statement of purpose

The purpose of this statement is "To Bring Entertainment in Warrensburg" 

Warrensburg is a town in state of Missouri. It is a university town where University of central Missouri is located. This is a small town where there is no source of entertainment. In the SOP i have to write about how can we bring entertainment in warrensburg.  I have attached a sample SOP with this question. You have to follow the format in that paper.
