State and Local Government

This is a simple weekly assignment that I honestly have no motivation to do. The assignment follows two questions:
 

1. Create a flow-chart with the Voter Registration process in the state of Florida.

2. Make recommendations to improve the process.

When creating the flow chart each "step" needs about a 1-2 sentence describing what it is/ the significance.

Part 2) Is completely opinionated - the only requirement is for it to be about 4-5 sentences.
