Stage 2 wound on coccyx and labs

(1) Am to write CMP,CBC,UA  ans also include normal range and what abnormal findings indicate for both HIGH ans LOW values.Chest X ray and CT scan uses for these diagnostic test.

(2) If the nurse is caring for a patient with stage two wound on their coccyx.How  as the nurse would you care for such a patient?(pls include a description of the wound,nursing care nutrition,dressing care for the wound,turning of the patient,etc.)
