Title:  Adaptation strategies for construction supply chain during COVID-19 

AIM:  

Project Aim

The project aims at developing ways of supplying high-quality material for construction projects at a reduced cost. 

This is to counter the increase in the cost of construction materials and their transportation that have been contributed by the COVID-19 pandemic (Dabo Guan, 2020).

In this project, we will look at the effective ways to manage the construction material supply chain which will account for the best supply chain control strategies to adopt 

Objectives 

Ø To identify potential issues related to supply chains within the construction companies as a result of covid 19. 

Ø To identify supply chain management strategies used by construction projects/companies to reduce the impact of covid-19. 

Ø To develop better supply chain management strategies that account for the COVID-19 requirements.
