I think some points

I was thinking one of our arguments could be that k-12 shouldn't work require homework because:

1. when students reach a certain age they are required to get a job to help support their family, and homework on top of a job could be too much for them.

2. some student don't have the same support at home, so it might be hard to get help with home work.
