Air quality problems come from many sources, even a hamburger as we discussed during class on Monday.  Some of these are obvious and some are harder to find, especially those where it's more difficult to make the invisible visible. 

For example, the PVC industry has a history of manufacturing problems. From the lives of fabricators around the world whose families endured enormous suffering, to the environmental degradation of waterways, air quality, and soil, the problems are pervasive.

Keep in mind that Judith was a college student at Berkeley, studying architecture when she made the documentary.
