2. Has your family or friends had to make decisions about hospice or dying in a hospital, when to use life support services? Perhaps you have had these decisions with your parents or if you have a partner or adult children? If not, how could you initiate such a discussion?

3. Do you ever talk about death—your own or that of others—with someone else? If so, with whom do you discuss it? What kinds of concerns, fears, hopes, or questions do you express? How comfortable are you with such conversations about death? What might increase your feelings of comfort?
