Sociology (Need within 24 hours)

In a 1-page single spaced write-up, I would like you to reflect on what has been happening with the Corona virus outbreak here in the U.S. and the entire world. I would like you to consider applying the Risk Society thesis here by U. Beck and try to answer two questions 1) how do you think humans eventually define and/ or prevent risk? 2) What do you think constitutes a manufactured risk and/or a non-manufactured risk? What role do the institutions of society and especially the political systems play here? This will be more of a reflection paper - so there are truly no/right or wrong answers. I recommend the following video circulating on youtube summarizing the Risk Society thesis to explain the Chernobyl disaster in 1986.
