PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED ARTICLES TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. 

A common theme in our country right now is the legal drinking age, and whether or not lowering it would have some effect, be that positive or negative, on youth drinking.  So, I want you guys to read the Point/Counterpoint section in HVF regarding this debate (Attached are the articles), and then choose a side.  Do you think we should lower the drinking age, or keep it as is?  Back up your opinion with points from the articles. Will simply lowering the age at which one can purchase alcohol really change the way American kids drink, or does there need to be other social changes in our culture first?  Finally, if not the drinking age, what (if anything) do you feel could help stem the tide of binge and heavy drinking among young adults in the United States?
