Module 1:  Content Analysis 

1. Select a newspaper article or report addressing scientific knowledge's social benefits. 

2. Elements for Discussion: Formulate two or three questions about the article. Example:  Determine to what extent technological advances are the product of social research efforts.

Submission Instructions:

· Submit your initial discussion post by 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday.  Then react critically to at least two of your classmates' discussion posts by 11:59 pm ET on Sunday.

· Contribute a minimum of 350 words to the initial post. It should include academic sources, formatted, and cited in APA.

· Respond to at least two of your classmates' discussion posts by 11:59 pm ET on Sunday. Ask a question, and provide a different viewpoint.

· Follow established netiquette guidelines when participating in forums.
