• What are poverty rates for YOUR STATE
  
  • how does your state rank in the US
  • which groups are at highest risk of poverty
• Look up these same numbers in another state
• Discuss and compare these two states and to the national numbers
• Zoom in on your state using the county-level view
  • describe what these county-level numbers reveal about poverty in your state
• Discuss how some of the problems with measuring poverty (that you described above) are reflected in the poverty rates across geographical areas.
