Social networking and 4th amendment

The final research project will focus on Technology and Individual Rights relative to the 4th Amendment. Students are required to read/review the research provided on Social Networking and the Fourth Amendment: Location Tracking on FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram and other new social networking relative to users. Other research is accepted. See attachments: U.S. v Jones, Katz v U.S. and U.S. v Karo for analysis.

The paper must be a minimum of 9 pages to include the cover and reference page. The work referenced in your project shall identify the author(s) using MLA Text Citation. NOTE. Any student not using MLA text citation will lose 13 points on the overall grade.
