Social Media Paper

Research a company that has been in the news recently for posting misleading information using social media. Write a 3-4 page paper describing the nature of the incident(s) and the outcome of the incident(s). Include in the paper, the challenges and implications that companies face when using social media to communicate with stakeholders and the public, how to overcome these challenges; the position that the SEC has taken related to using social media for company related information; and finally, the implications for both the company and the stakeholders of the company of using social media to communicate.
