1.   I chose Continuity Theory of Aging, Continuity Theory of Aging makes a similar, noting that as people grow older they are inclined to maintain, as much they can the same habits, personality, and style of life they developed in earlier years. I am 56 years old, I still work out 3 days a week and walk every day. the same as when I was in my 30s. I still love to dance. I also love to eat healthily. I am very outgoing and love to make people laugh. I still hang out with the same girlfriends I grew up with. I dress like I am in my 30s.  I imagine my later years, traveling all over the world. Watching my only granddaughter finish college get married and have children. Spending time with my only daughter. Me and husband visiting my family in Chicago, maybe buy a Condo there. And spending more time helping my church and volunteering to help children. That my way I will love to spend my later years.

2.   When considering how life challenges may affect my behavior, I think of the possibility of continuing to be active and engage in everyday activities. Being able to travel with my wife plan out the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, playing with my grandchildren, and anticipating the possibility of great-grandchildren. Coaching high school sports, I spend a good portion of my day running around with teenagers and teaching them how to be good men and women.  Being actively engaged with family and continuing to grow closer is the ideal life plan going into the later stages of life. The idea of being able to reconnect with some of the young men and women that I have coached in track and football and seeing how well their lives have progressed. just the thought of serving others' life is motivation to stay active.
