soap #1

pediatric patient, 1 month old. patient grew 1.2 inches ad 2.5 lbs since 12/29/25. patient is breastfeeding and drinking around 4oz every 3 hours. only concern is baby acne. patient head tends to always turn to the right known as  infant torticollis. as the np i will provide stretching exercises to parents. no other issues. parent refused hep b at birth for baby.
