You examined your own beliefs and values about the human service profession, and read about how your personal journey and your reasons for entering the human service profession can impact your work within the field. For this discussion you will be challenged to examine your reasons for choosing to become a human service professional and the qualities you possess that lead you to believe this career is a good fit.

Use the internet and the Purdue Global Library to research career specific practices, specialty areas and professional organizations in the human service profession. Review and connect your research and readings to this discussion.
