Single page PowerPoint slide needed which should have a Shield design and surrounded by

I want a single PowerPoint slide to be made which should have a Shield design in BETWEEN and should be surrounded by 12 circles .

I have attached a sample below (but this sample has a circle in between and I need  a Shield instead of that)

I am also attaching a sample image of Shield. Please make something which looks very professional.
