Simple resource management plan

 Include an introduction, and consider the following questions:

1. Who will I need to plan and execute this project?

2. From where (and how) will I acquire these people?

3. What does the project need in terms of (a) materials, (b) equipment, (c) funding, and (d) tools and supplies?

4. From where (and how) will I acquire these resources?

5. What basic approach will be taken regarding teambuilding, team development, and team motivation?

 a minimum of two pages in length
