Have you ever heard a speech that incorporates visual aids to enhance the presentation, without taking over the entire presentation?  How did the effective speaker ensure that his/her listeners were still paying attention to him/her, rather than losing their focus to the visual aid?  Please give specific examples from your own experience, (as speaker, or from a speech you have attended), and refer to the attached Ted Talk video below:
