Short Response Paper 3

4. Utilize your textbook, as well as any other resources from the course in answering the question!
5. Make sure you fully answer each prompt for credit!
6. Be thorough! I am only making you do one prompt since this is the final's week but I expect a lot of effort to go into it, and describe the tertiary method and incarceration with high detail.

Prompt 1:  Because this is finals week there is only one prompt.   This week you focused on Tertiary Crime Prevention.  You have learned about a variety of rehabilitation methods and statistics from traditional incarceration to new-age rehabilitation programs.  Choose one method of tertiary crime prevention that you believe works best and explain why you think it works better or worse than incarceration in your own words.  Support your answer with the class material and independently found material.  Lastly, make a conclusion as to whether or not that program should continue.
