Short paper on Weakest branch of the government

Alexander Hamilton labeled the judiciary as the "least dangerous branch," due to its lack of powers in comparison with the executive and legislative branches. Do you agree with Hamilton's assessment, or has the authority of the judiciary been comparable with the other two branches?

Write a short paper in which you present and defend your assessment of Hamilton's quote. Make sure to include specific examples of how the Court has either been shaped by the other two branches, or of how the Court influenced the president and Congress.
