As we have learned this week from our lectures and required textbook reading, the role of human resource management has evolved over the years. Today, human resource management plays an integral role as a strategic entity of an organization.

After reviewing the information contained in the text and thorough research of credible sources and the Internet, please identify two examples of how SHRM guides the organization in its mission objectives.

In your response, discuss the functionality of PESTLE and SWOT analyses in the developing role of SHRM.
