short discussion I need this in 3 hours, TODAY

One of the myths of cohabiting is that it has a positive affect on an eventual marriage. The data doesn't support this idea. In fact, many use the data compiled by the CDC and Pew Research Center to support the idea that cohabiting is a risk factor for divorce.

Is it really that cut and dry?

Do some quick information gathering on the relationship between cohabiting / living together and divorce. Share with the class what you have found. Be sure to use information that is reputable. The library databases are a great place to start. The big question: Does cohabiting lead to divorce -- or is it more complicated than that? Give us the resource(s) you located - linked or cited using APA. For this week, you do not have to respond to one other person since I'm asking for a bit of research, but it is polite to do so.
