Explain how a code of ethics might help employees  aim for conduct that exceeds the minimum expectations of law and thereby  avoid potential legal problems. Suggest wording for a provision in a  code of ethics that would help guide an employee through the situation  you described.

2.) consider the situation  described by a classmate. Do you think the suggested code of ethics  provision would be effective in helping an employee avoid engaging in  illegal conduct?
