Please research in Nexis Uni, Summon or online, an article or news story regarding a recent challenge American courts are facing.  Your article may be concerning local, state or federal courts.  Please note that difficult/controversial cases or legal issues the courts are deciding are not considered modern challenges, as this exactly what the judiciary is meant to do.  As we read in our textbook this week, modern challenges your article can discuss include lack of funding, lack of employees, lack of resources, overwhelming dockets, etc.
