3. Discuss its strengths and weaknesses according to scholarly literature (write at least 300 words)

4. Develop a case study where you effectively apply Shared Leadership with biblical integration. (write at least 500 words)  

5. Provide new thoughts related to this topic. (write at least 200 words)
