In this section of your Exemplary Service Training Manual, write the second section about how to adapt to the communication styles of others to help make interactions more effective, be sure to address internal communication skills and how to focus on the other person’s needs. Be sure to include all of the appropriate etiquette needs for your workplace with an appropriate level of detail to ensure consistent delivery of exemplary communication skills. Then, create and implement a role play or other interactive activity for your coworkers on handling difficult interactions using the LEAD Service Recovery model, and include opportunities for group debriefs to discuss effectiveness, improvements, and areas for future efforts.
