May even search for different organizations and other movements that are helping to fight against sexual harrassment within the work place as well. 

MY MAIN FOCUS: Sexual Harassment is a practice that necessitates additional research. Women are vulnerable to sexual harassment but fail to report this in the work settings for fear of repercussions. (ELABORATE EFFECTIVELY ON THESE REPERCUSSIONS throughout the entire paper) Therefore, this calls for additional policies that protect sexual harassment victims from intimidation by the predators who held authoritative positions.” So more research on what policies are now in place, and what can we do to make this a more serious topic. But use facts ONLY at all times, never put your opinion in the paper because it’s only a research paper. Just focus on how women fail to report such as losing their job and mental issues occur.
