Service Design and Quality

 Select a national or multinational service company of your choice.  Research and describe the company’s service design and conclude whether  it is effective for the company. Next, evaluate how the company applies  the five dimensions of service quality to their business. Report your  findings in a three- to five-page paper (excluding the title and  reference pages) according to APA style guidelines. You must include at  least three scholarly sources from the Ashford University Library in  addition to the textbook.
