Go to the  Death Penalty Information Center  site. Search for an issue that interests you regarding sentencing and/or the death penalty. Analyze the issue thoroughly, and present two sides of that issue.

Specifically, the following  critical elements must be addressed:

I. Issue: Describe an issue regarding sentencing and/or the death penalty.

II. Opposition: Present two opposing sides of a selected issue regarding sentencing and/or the death penalty.

III. Justification: Express an opinion regarding sentencing and/or the death penalty, with justification.
