Senior Seminar in Sociology SOC-499-OL01

 You will turn in a 1-page paper describing the research topic you identified in SOC 322. This paper will describe the topic in detail, its relevance to sociology, the method of data collection chosen, and why you think it is adequate for your topic. To find a suitable topic, you should start by thinking about your own interests, career goals, and prior work—and about what’s feasible in the semester. The topic has to allow you to use sociological concepts and theories and conduct empirical research.
