Self-Help Meeting Information: Required

Post the self-help meeting that you will attend online or my phone under this post. Where (link or other info), when, the name of the meeting, and the type of meeting. I want to review the information so that you are attending an appropriate meeting. Make sure you read the information within the syllabus and the Announcement regarding behavior during the meeting. Choose only Open Meetings. Closed meetings are only for people in recovery. As a reminder, the Number one rule -- you can only listen at the meeting. 

You need approval from me before you can attend the meeting. See information in the announcement only on how to access online meetings or phone meetings (remember depending on your phone plan -- charges my apply for phone meetings). To keep you and others as safe as possible, I will not approve in-person meetings.
