Self-Assessment Assignment

 This paper should be submitted as Word Document, 2 pages, single spaced. You must have correct spelling, punctuation and grammar. Maximize the margins by setting a narrow margin all around and do not include your name, ID#, class number, or my name as they will take up additional lines. You must itemize each of the sections as they are given (1. a, b, c, d) so they can be read easily by the instructor.
