Self-Assessment and Reflection

Given three scenarios describing an ethically complex situation, select one that sparks a personal reaction.  between 5 – 7 pages, examine this reaction through an exploration of your attitudes, assumptions, biases, and beliefs. Using the guiding questions provided, your reflection should identify and evaluate personal limitations, where you might struggle, and conflicts between your personal and professional values. You will then develop specific goals and action steps to ensure that your personal values do not compromise ethical practice in professional settings. Concepts from course materials and related scholarly literature should be included and cited using APA style guidelines.
