Organizational Virtue Scale Instructions To determine your perception of your organization’s virtuousness, rate the group on each item on the following scale:
1 = Strongly disagree; 2 = Disagree; 3 = Neither agree nor disagree; 4 = Agree; 5 = Strongly agree
Note: The form will total your points for each style at the bottom of the assessment.
1. A sense of profound purpose is associated with what we do here. 2. In this organization we are dedicated to doing good in addition to doing well. 3.
