Self analysis

In this self-analysis, you should first identify a situation where you demonstrated leadership, and then think about the outcome. How did your leadership impact others involved and the outcome? Reviewing your brief description, which leadership approach do you notice first? Does this align with what you have identified as your preference?

Finally, as you reflect, what is at least one way you could improve your response to the situation as a leader in future situations? What portion of the text did you review to find examples of positive actions you could take, or did you look somewhere else in the professional literature?
