Selection project and scoring

Consider two projects that you would be interested in being involved in with your current company, a past company or a company you would like to work for.

Provide a ½ page background of the company.

Fill in a project proposal form (Larson Figure 2.4A p. 44) for each of the two projects.

Fill out a project screening matrix for each of the two projects (see Larson Figure 2.3 p. 41) (so two rows). For the columns choose appropriate criteria (no more than 5) and appropriate weights. Make sure to complete this table in Excel.

Fill in scores and obtain a total.

Indicate which project should be chosen and why.
