You are a key manager in your field of study (as a student) in a major corporation - you pick the field (e.g. pharaceuticals, manufacturing in an industry, service, technology, etc.).

The CEO has asked you to put a paper together to educate the staff on ethics.  He would like you to define ethics for business, why is it important, how does it prevent fraud, what is an ethical culture, what is a code of conduct, etc.  

You are to write an in depth paper with multiple references and fully explain the importance of ethics in business, the pitfalls, etc.
