For this assignment, write a paper to describe the ways in which IDEA and NCLB conflict in regards to special education. Then, indicate your position on the extent to which NCLB’s requirements should apply to students with disabilities. Be persuasive in an academic way; try to avoid emotion and hyperbole. Support your position with a minimum of three references.
