 Topic Rationale:Organizations must learn and grow to be sustainable. Understanding the seminal thinking regarding the emergence of learning organizations from systems theory is a foundational concept leading to the transition into a learning organization.

Objectives:

1. Analyze the role of leaders in the development of a learning organization.
2. Suggest approaches to foster a climate that will develop/create a learning organization. You have to do it according to this week objective including scholarly references.
