SCOTUS Position Paper

Choose a case that has been decided by the Supreme Court. Read the majority opinion of the Court, as well as any concurring or dissenting opinions. I expect you to read the actual opinion of the Court - not just summaries found on sites like Oyez, etc. I have linked the SCOTUS opinions to the cases listed below to give you an idea of what this should look like. Please prepare a 5-7 page paper discussing the following:
